Hi mate, I struggled with those freezes for weeks.
Solutions: Comes from drivers on my side (was using latest), reversed to 572.16 on my RTX 5090, no more freezes or CTD since I rolled down. (Drivers were completely uninstalled using DDU).
I am using SayIntentions traffic and no freezes no problems on my side anymore
On the SI discord was someone who saw big loads in the mainthread when using SI with the workaround for the simconnect freezes. Probably you can fix it by changing drivers and so there are some settings or things changed in the bzckground AND another way is to have the SI fix and fixing freezes at that side.
But as for now the SI fix created more load on the mainthread SO more load on the gpu and we have a circle!
Asobo is working on it cause they contacted SI for information, SI is working on it… it will be good!
Changing drivers etc.… Did not help me at all. But what ever SI did, Fixed my issue. The sim is running great. Latest 581.42
