How to find your Fault Bucket ID after a crash [PC]

Make sure your computer has internet connection. After the crash, make sure to ‘check for solutions’ and click on ‘send information’ buttons. Go to Start → Event Viewer Go got Windows Logs → Application Click on Event ID 1001 around the time of your crash. Look for FlightSimulator.exe (for MSFS 2020) or FlightSimulator2024.exe (for MSFS 2024). [image] In General tab you will find ‘Fault bucket’. This is Watson bucket ID generated for the crash. CTD, when loading into Inibuilds A350, tried various airports, and when i go into external view of the aircraft sim freezes and ctd. 6 times now.

I can’t log in as soon as I select the plane it crashes… at first as soon as I selected the airport… I thought it was fenix but now it crashes to the desktop…

I just updated and didn’t clear my community folder.

When clicking on various aircraft I do not get a CTD. I do have the Fenix installed (and other aircraft such as the Cows DA40, Duke, and all premium deluxe aircraft).

On the Store version. Nvidia driver version 566.14 (nov 2024) (also tried latest version without issue)

Same after a restart of MSFS24.

I can now use free flight without CTD.

1. Clear NVIDIA cache dxcache and use win clean disk
2. Rollingcache.ccc deleted
3. Sceneryindexes content deleted
4. WASM deleted for fenix and Inibuilds A350
5. Changed DLSS and FG to a new value, then I set previous value.

I can choose aircraft, no problem to start flight, but I can’t test reliability of the sim right now.

Ps: note that fs2024 install v310.1 of dlss DLL
