I noticed that it is only happening with 2nd key bindings. As an example, I have ALT-1 on 1st and D on 2nd key assgnment. In this case ALT-1 works fine, while D has the defect. Change the binding so that D is 1st, ALT-1 is 2nd, then D works, ALT-1 has the defect.
