I have also noticed, that when you have rudder coordination assist on the ground, that also using full yoke left/right deflection with rudder control makes sharper turns for some strange reason. Default keyboard for diff breaking for me is * and - on num pad.

Can I make this same change to the flight_model.cfg [CONTACT_POINTS] file for the C208B Grand Caravan by changing the “22” to “50”?

I go all the way to 60 on mine, but that’s probably unrealistic. The angle depends on the triangle formed by the mains and nose. If you don’t have pedals, be sure to enable diff. braking in the systems.cfg too.
