Yes, they say there’s a limit to the number of refunds a customer can get which I have allegedly exceeded. Which is BS since I have never asked for a refund on anything; MSFS 2020 is the only thing I ever bought from the Windows/Xbox store.
In fact, everyone seems to be getting this denial automatically according to another thread here. Some people have been successful though by contacting customer support.
I would have likely re-bought the game anyway sooner or later, so I’m not sure I’ll go through the hassle of convincing a bot I want to speak to a human etc. But this certainly will taint any leftover trust I have in the whole endeavor, and that includes anything Jörg and Seb say in the future.
Pathetic. My request is still pending, I went the route via Xbox Refunds Center or whatever it’s called. I’ve also never requested a refund, and only bought the 2 MSFSs from the store.
Trying to do it through the purchases page is probably an exercise in AI-driven futility.

What is the key binding or the command to show the avatar in third person view when in walking mode? I was not able to find it…
You need to first (if you haven’t done so) enable the 3rd person mode in the Experimental section of the Settings.
Then you can use the binding “Cockpit / External View Mode” to switch to 3rd person when you are outside of the aircraft.
