Direct X, Vulkan, Open GL

There’s no OpenGL for MSFS - you’re limited to either DX11 and DX12 for the graphics API. I’m doubtful MSFS will ever get Vulkan support, as DX12 and Vulkan are quite similar in their approach - they both allow low-level hardware access. DX12 is also a Microsoft developed API, so they have a vested interest in promoting DX12 over Vulkan.
