Xbox EFB unable to make entries with keyboard popup

ISSUE DESCRIPTION On xbox, EFB flight planning, i am unable to enter departure/destination airports, waypoints, etc… anything that has a text box when clicked on brings up the xbox keyboard popup. The text thats entered using the on screen keyboard transfers to the EFB, but doesnt register any response. FREQUENCY OF ISSUE Every time on sim load.
