Faulting application path

Please file a bug report on Zendesk. Include a detailed description of your issue, as well as steps to reproduce and screenshots if applicable.

Please check your Event Viewer and attach relevant events to your bug report.

The forums are not official support which is why I suggested you start there. It can take a little while for a response from zendesk and in the meantime other forum users may be able to jump in and offer helpful tips on what you might try.

While you are also waiting for a response from zendesk, and even though it isn’t specifically listed as a known issue, you may be interested in reading through the known issues just in case something you are doing is on that list causing the crash you are experiencing.
