For sure? It doesn’t make sense to me….but hey, I’m not a RL pilot and there are a lot of things I don’t know. 
And about the RWY TRK, I guess I saw something like RWY LOC during takeoff……..and I mean that the Airbus is taken a given LOC/ILS to set the departure course as long as the AP is disengaged. ■■■■…..need more flying time on that bird….
