just noticed this myself
I left the assistance active, all assistance stays off and only after the tak-off do I activate the AI-ATC (co-pilot) for the flight.
All other assistants are not required.
After 3 flights I haven’t noticed any problems.
I can still activate the assistant for ATC; however, I have to go all the way back to the assistance menu to do it. Much easier when you can just use the toolbar.
This works to restore it as per the post earlier up:
Go to the fbw folder in community, find the flight_model.cfg, in there find
disable_assistances = 1
and change it to 0 (or remove it).

I am unable to request IFR clearance from ATC…That option is no longer available on the ATC menu. How can I request clearance?

Check settings in the EFB for your flight plan importing. Sorry I forget the exact setting.
I get this alert and it is now stuck on screen for all aircraft selected. In this case with the Cessna 208B. I can’t move it or find a way to get rid of it.

kinda disappointed because I have to use auto rudder due to a disability and using stupid buttons on controllers is so aggravating due to sensitivity. this is no bueno!

How to make the AI piloting control the FBW a320nx. (Taxi )… like with the other aircraft… It seems like the A320NX doesnt work with AI piloting
Cannot be done my friend. The AI pilot can handle radios for you- that’s it. If you want AI piloting/taxiing, use the Asobo A320NX.
Excuse me … but has anyone bothered to consider the fact that, for example, by “greying out” the “Flight Assistant” panel from the toolbar, that they might actually be impacting the functionality and / or performance of payware add-ons, for example: SoFly’s “Explore: UK Pack 1 and 2”. AND “Explore: East Coast US 1 and 2” audio tours that i recently purchased. I suppose this was just another one of those unfortunate oversights in FS2020. Very disappointing.
Thank you for your commitment to flight simming. But the ‘greying out’ of the assistance settings was long time ago. So I assume by saying this… now… you just wanted to ‘help’ (without even using our aircraft). 
Not really. Actually, what i was trying to say was that it is still happening right now — not with your aircraft per se — but rather, with the Guimbal Cabri G2 helicopter I’ve been flying during SoFly’s new audio tours. this is not a showstopper though, I’ve just been doing things manually instead of fully automatic.
