I am sad to say that I have to add a post to the growing number of those where the sim stops loading a flight after this update. Many hours have been wasted trying to resolve the problem along with removing everything from the community folder, uninstalling all 3rd party addons, followed by a complete reinstall and updating Windows and graphics driver prior to the reinstall. Very frustrating. If someone from Asobo could provide a resolution or suggestions or an update to the update, it would be much appreciated and save my sparce remaining hair.

Try to tag a moderator with @nickname, substitute nickname with the moderator one
Not a PC or Windows problem, since I got it on Xbox Series X at 1.30.12.0 day one as well. It just happened that night for me, then every single flight loaded correctly. I didn’t do anything specific. It just started.
Same here, now it works but it’s incredible that no-official feedback is present in this topic…
1.30.12.0 pc steam user. ended up doing a full reinstall over the last four days. I asked on a facebook group and was told no one else had issues. The sim installed finally today but keeps telling me I’m missing essential packages to run the sim. My work around is going into the official aircraft folder and deleting a random plane. That seems to let me enter free flight but I really don’t want to do that any time I want to fly. Also shocked there’s no official feedback…
For XBOX user the problem is worst, we can’t delete anything, it works or doesn’t work

I have exactly the same issue but for PC. I did notice that when it loads the program when it reaches the checking for update it seems to skip it as it stays on screen for about .5 seconds then goes straight to the New Zealand splash screen and all looks normal, until you load a flight. More confusing I can load the challenge landing and it works flawlessly. Something is not right and all I get are the usual standard suggestions from support. Something is wrong and they should at least give a bit more info since a lot are having this same problem… I might have to do a fresh re-install which I did in early February and was able to fly for over 90 hours total without any issue…Bliss until SU12 I fly VR by the way.

Handle was the on FS2020 gave me, did not change it, kinda neat - Welp I took the plunge last night uninstalled and re-installed - 27 hours and 165GB later I have the basic with premium upgrade. I did not install yet the content manager (32 files) as I wanted to try out the sim first As I am reinstating some options, it CTD. Ummm maybe I hit X so restart and tried to load a flight from world it started to work (flash screen is NZ which I did not install) but it CTD again. I Re-start in safe mode but will not fly. I will shut it down, reboot the system and then try in regular mode. And will procced to do the installation of content manager - since it also contains the NZ WU12. Another 76 GB to go then we shall see so prolly 12-15 hours. A real shame I pay for 250 D and 30 U and get about 30D.
If this does not work, then I might do as some reddit users say “uninstall and forget for 6 months until some new fixes are done to the system”. I sympathize with you geez 4th install, hope I don’t have to go that route. System was perfect before this.
