No idea. Volunteer Moderators are not Microsoft or Asobo employees, and have no access to the internal bug tracking system or which future build will contain the fix for any bug.
I think you may have found the workaround. I have now done 8 flights in 2 days, using the “Restart” after loading a flight before doing anything. Previous flight don’t seem to get wiped out.
Early days but enough to impress me.
Well done my friend.
btw my usual sequence is - PC free flight spawn engines running, usually at runway, compete flight, normal taxi in to parking and complete shutdown then “end flight” then return to main menu and either “exit” or prepare another flight.
Well i did buy this because some promoted the product as a fix from Fs2024 disappearing
Well it worked a couple of flights ( just as it worked is fs2024 ) …. But yesterday a flight dripped off in fs2024 and … also from from flightlog analyzer
So it was a waste of money to buy for the reason of missing flights ( like it because of editing the logbook etc etc )
Does this bug appear in any of the lists of recognised bugs as yet, and is it therefore currently slated for review / fixing in any future update?
Without progress being properly logged, my main use of 24 in flying multi-leg bush trips is currently off the table, which is pretty frustrating. I can fly most of the trips I’m currently using in 2020, but the graphics, weather effects and the flight physics are a notable downgrade from the newer sim.
It would be nice to know that there is some hope of 24 working properly again sometime soon.
