I had the same problem on my XBox S machine, but not on my PC. Here’s what I did to resolve it.
- Exit the app and restart it
- There was an additional sim download/update (in my case)
- Downloaded all updates in the content manager
- Exited the app and restarted it.
- Uninstalled the Top Gun addition.
- Exited the app and restarted it.
- Reinstalled the Top Gun addition.
This resolved the issue on my machine. Note, this did not work when I did not exit/restart the app. Steps 1 - 4 may not be necessary if you’ve already completed them. I tried moving from step 5 to 7 without doing 6, and that did not work.
