G36 Engine Leaning

It’s not bogus, it’s just the way the model it. And you have to lean to a fairly extreme amount to see that. I do recommend the piper products from justflight.

The Asobo C172’s use to lean reasonably correctly, you could lean to get a peak, and the the rpm would drop with futher leaning.,

That’s seems to have changed at some time ( SU#5) ?

Now you lean, and nothing happens, (no peak) till suddenly you get a RPM drop.

Seems all the time in MSFS, one thing gets fixed, and two other get broken … :skull_and_crossbones:

EDIT

Somehow, auto-Mixture got turned on !!!

OK, Automixture is a neat feature for those starting off learning, but WHY does it not “Auto MOVE” the mixture control in the plane ??

OH well, with it turned back OFF, of course everything is back to normal -
Panic Over !! - but a MYSTERY why it changed !!

I had something similar after SU5, all of the sudden landing assists were turned on. And was thinking I was killing those landings .

Lesson learned: review settings after update. Something to add to your pre-sim checklist.

where is this auto lean feature cant find it in the menu`s?

Your Lucky day, I have MSFS running —
