I am making the new livery, not downloading them.
this is because msfs2024 uses only :
icao_model and ui_variation
to group airplanes.
You have to keep the values from the base aircraft you are making a livery for, if you want it to be grouped with the plane
Otherwise, it can end up as a standalone model, or grouped with something completely different

Actually I am very happy to have the mod as a standalone version as it limits my interaction with the painful Free Flight UI. While I am quite happy as things stand, it might be nice if in the future somebody does other liveries for the modded version.

I do realise you have a real life to attend to, but I was just wondering if there was any news on possible updates? No pressure because I still absolutely love the mod just as it is and it is still my favourite aircraft in MSFS2024, so this question is purely out of curiosity!

Yes, but the good news is that the mod still works in 2024 and it is still one of my favourite aircraft in the sim. Pretty much everything just works and the general characteristics/behaviour is very much as I remember my Debonair that I used to own.
In spite of the fact that it is a 2020 mod and it hasnāt been updated it is a sad commentary on the sim that in my opinion it is still one of the best implemented aircraft in 2024.

Agreed. Current version is working really well.
They are on discord. Itās a very active team.
They donāt agree on the terms of .flightsim.to so they donāt offer it there.
Ok, Ill try it out.
Just tested it briefly and it looks great. Also gets rid of the blinking panel lights during night flights.
