General Reference Map Flight Planer

I’m looking for a Flight Planer with a General Reference Map. Would love to make some historically accurate Flight Plans of Things like the Death Railway, Bataan Death March, World War 1 & World War 2 Battles and Troop Movements etc. for the Community but without a General Reference Map its nearly impossible. Is there a Flight Planer with a General Reference Map?
