Ground textures are blurry, LOD System is too aggressive, and Loss of Detail in 2024 - streamed scenery AND CLOUDS looks worse than 2020

Same issue going on for me.
Ultra settings, 100+ mbps, tested it in multiple locations across the map, even reset the cache.

The main part that really ruins the experience for me the low ground/terrain textures that seem blurry/unloaded no matter what height your flying at.
