Yeah I agree, I think what you mean is areas like immersion, which is really important in a flight sim.
We already have that with the weather, as crazy as that sounds, but it is a big immersion winner. Snow on the runway / taxiway, ice, rain etc
I haven’t honestly tried VR yet for some time in this sim, but I definitely want to go back to it. First I need to upgrade my ageing Rift S. I bet its amazing now.
Happy Anniversary! There is not a single game that I spent more time on than Flight Simulator in my 38 years of gaming. Enjoying every minute of it despite the occasional rant. 
Like I said before: I’m only complaining about issues because I really care. But believe me when I say that I appreciate everything and don’t take anything for granted. Thank you for creating this wonderful simulation.

happy 40th anniversary my brother was the one who got the first flight simulator on windows like 5.0 i have since gotten 98 2000 i almost got the one before this edition came out anyway its been great

If you feel it would be better to be a PC user, sell your xbox and buy a PC.
It’s not like you are born an Xbox user and can’t change that.

Whats the disk space requirement for the update?

For me 19GB with premium edition (available required space is 40gb to install I think)
nevermind my last comments the update prompt is on steam now
i have more than 40GB left in my disk and it still says not enough??
You better post this in the thread for the update, maybe someone can give you advice for this.
All good. The update prompt lagged a bit. I was too impatient
on gamepass i click on to open the game, nothing happen… weird.
