Please know that Bug Reports is not the place to ask for help. We reminded you about this in February:
The place for asking for help on these kinds of things is one of the subcategories in the #gd-commsupport category. In this case, #gd-commsupport:tech-talk would be the place to post about hardware and peripherals. You can then go to Bug Reporting Hub afterwards if people have concluded that something is a bug.
And when you do log a bug, please fill out the bug template instead of deleting it. You were reminded about this in February, as well.
