Still no fix for the random stutters 
What setting changes did you try that you have not yet found improvement?
Everything! And this spesially happens only in fbw a320, I dont have these stutters in any other plane so idk
Do you have SimBridge installed? Try running the 320 without it installed. It can be a hit on the CPU.
Thank you, have tried that too! Also disabled FO screens. I get fine fps like 50 and it would be awesome plane but the random stutters ruin it
What I have tried and havent worked:
-all lowest graphic settings
-reinstall msfs, reinstall fbw
-disable simbridge
-old nvidia drivers
-without flightplan etc
The fbw a320 has good 50fps and very smooth otherwise, expect those occassional freezes/stutters. (Inibuilds V2 has 40 for me and works great)
Also these done:
*Avast gaming mode on
- disable Rolling Cache
- run Disk Cleaner in Windows (cleans some caches)
- turn off HDR10
- turn off Photogrammetry
- use DX11
