Assuming that your rudder is correctly set up, are you finding that it is only the A320 that won’t use the rudder for steering or are you having this difficulty in all aircraft in MSFS?
For the A320, remember, the aircraft won’t turn reliably at high speed, usually sharp turns have to be below a ground speed of 5 or so knots.
