Overall for me it’s really not that bad. Certainly not as bad as these forums make it sound. Actually it’s great now I’ve dialled in the settings again. And it didn’t take me 7 months this time to get VR performing well, so that is a plus!
I’ve only been doing free flight and group flights and found workarounds for the most annoying bugs. It’s good, way better than 2020 in the visuals and sounds department. It’s going to be super once it’s all stable and working.
To be honest I’ve had 2 of the best flights I’ve ever had in the last years since diving back into this hobby in 2024, even with the problems. I’ve not flown in 2020 since (except for the need to go back to it for eSTOL Championship last Saturday, as they are sticking with 20 until next season). It was a bit weird going back but I did enjoy a working toolbar and mouse in the cockpit
