Was kind of thinking have you done a repaint or a livery for Tourist Air Travel Widgeon.I looked on your Flikr pages and it might be there ,I cant see it though.
I am re reading Captain Fred Ladds Book" ,a shower of spay and wer’e away ".On the dust jacket there is a red stripe on white Widgeon with the company name on the nose.
Sorry, never did that paint, but I can make it if you want?
That would be so cool.I just bought this plane and now it just gets better.I’ll be sure to buy you a coffee JanKees.
Thankyou JanKees.
Looks so good with the red on top of the wings. They might have had a few different schemes back then.I see one similar to this one but with white on the top wings.
Yes, they had at least three different red/white paintschemes, I had to make a choice here, I hope you like it

One more Dragon Rapide paint, VP-KEA of East African Airlines. This aircraft was destroyed in a crash in Uganda, with Ernest Hemingway as a passenger. They were trying to evacuate him and his wife after they had suffered a plane crash in a Cessna. ‘My luck still holds’ he said after surviving this second crash…
Good choice .
Had a fly around Nth. Cape yesterday, did a water landing which included a somersault, technique a wee bit lacking.Flew off and ended my journey in Kaitaia Airport.
Cheers JanKees
Here’s a Dutch Dragon
