This has been fixed in SU1 v1.3.23.0, as per the SU1 release notes:
- Changelist v0.0.9
Standalone transponder screen not functioning.
The left-hand dial will turn in the transponder & set to STBY, GDN, ON & ALT.
The right-hand dial will allow setting of the required transponder code in conjuntion with the ENT buttons
The ident & VFR buttons are operational.
The function button, however, appears to be INOP.
