Limited by main thread

The Tool says that it is “Limited by Main Thread”. Now I have a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @3.6 Ghz, 16 GB Ram and an RTX 2060. I thought I would see better performance.

The game recommended High-End.

Any thoughts?
