did tests also with comparing with Windy and I saw it close with msfs (can say 50%) but one thing was very different comparing them - temperature. I did tests about 12:00z today. One location what absolutely not coresponded with windy cloud formation over Slovakia that time was Kosice Intl airport LZKZ. From windy CAVOK (satelite image was clear) but in sim broken clouds everywhere.
Yep! So what we’re seeing is 24 hour at least old data.
The patch was meant to fix the issue where some users where seeing weather that was forecast too far in advance. Although seems we’ve got the opposite way, we’re not seeing weather that’s forecast from the past!

But now I’m really confused about situation from yesterday (after apply patch about 15:00z ??) all weather was really +/- correct till my tests to cca 19:30z. Today nothing… Or maybe I’m out of correct time from yesterday works?

Yes I flew yesterday evening in the US after the patch around 20:00z to 22:00z and the weather seemed to be perfect.
But this morning when I checked around 06:00z straight away something was not right and seems it’s not been right all day. So either the patch has broken it even more, or their is an issue server side, or both! Really who knows anymore, all I know is I spend more time trying to find work arounds than actually flying.
I confirm that something has been broken with the update.
Today is a sunny day with no clouds whatsoever in my area. Yesterday was fully cloudy and rainy.
When going to the World Map section and selecting the local international airport, the icon on the right side displays the proper current weather (sunny, clear sky). The map itself is showing tons of clouds.
Once the “Fly” button pressed, I end-up on the tarmac with fog, clouds and heavy rain. Clearly yesterday’s weather.
I double-checked that the time and date were fine.
Yeah see the sat photos I just posted above, definitely seems to be showing yesterday’s weather.

Correct I can confirm that for LOWW: It seams that the weather datas are from exactly 24 hours ago! That was not before the patch 1.15.10.0!

Seems to me one of two (or maybe both?) things are at play here, either;
The patch which stopped weather from a future 24 hour period loading in was fixed, but now instead we are getting 24 hour old data, or;
Something is broken server side?
Or maybe a combination of both. Who knows?
Pre-patch, we could adjust the time backward to load the correct weather. Now that the server is loading -24 hour weather, is it even possible to get “future” weather from the server by adjusting time forward? I’m not getting the same results with time moved forward like we could get with time moved backward previous to the patch. I’m wondering if this patch has removed the ability to fix the problem.
From what I have tested, this doesn’t seem to work.
Yes, as I stated, it doesn’t work for me either and I think we are “stuck” with this old weather problem.
Yep, hopefully Asobo acknowledge this issue and rectify it.
At this point it wouldn’t even surprise me 
SOLUTION
I found a workaround in the meanwhile : The Unreal Weather MOD
That works great. So it’s possible to fly in VATSIM as long as Asobo didn’t fix this weather problem.

That is solution if you don’t care about upper level winds, upper level clouds, and don’t care that the current station’s weather is displayed out to the horizon with some random variations injected.
That may be correct, but it is the only solution at the moment they I have to fly in VATSIM with nearly the correct weather, QNH, Winds aso.
I agree it’s a mess and has gone from working pre-update to being utterly broken post update, the exact opposite of the intended outcome.
Proof I’ll be submitting as a ticket. Shoreham right now in the sim, and the actual METAR & TAF for the airfield, 25 minutes old when both shots were taken.
I know it says TEMPO SHRA, but if you look at the UK radar picture right now the whole South of the country is clear.
