Solution found!
I’ll explain for people stuck at 97% or 68%, you go to this folder => C:\Users\lecle\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\StreamedPackages
Then you cut/paste the packages that you think are the bad ones, you paste them in the community folder but you empty them!
Then you restart your SIM and you go to the library, deactivate them especially!

I’m pleased it worked for you but just wanted to add a note for others reading this… I had exactly the same problem but clearing the StreamedPackages folder didn’t solve it for me so I ended up reinstalling as mentioned above.
It’s definitely worth trying to clear StreamedPackages first since it’s quick and harmless - but don’t assume it’ll definitely fix it in every case!
