I think this happened as of patch 1.9.5.0, because I am sure this worked fine before. When I start cold and dark the multipanel will not work at all in the airliners. If I start ready to fly on a runway, the panel works as intended. Does this happen to anyone else?

Yes, this is a known issue. If you have the Switch Panel from us then turning on the Avionics Master will wake it up, otherwise you need to assign Avionics Master 1 to a button on your controller or somewhere on the keyboard and then pressing that will wake the Multi Panel up.
