Really appreciate your constructive rephrasing! This is a fair question that we’ve touched on in the past, and one that we’re looking to address more in the future. The Marketplace in general is something we’ve been having broader conversations about, and we’re definitely paying attention to the feedback about it.
As other users mentioned, the biggest cause of delay in the marketplace is that there is currently quite a large backlog of content, and all of it needs to be tested before it goes to the marketplace. Generally you can also assume that the more complex something is, the longer it takes to test.
Jorg spoke about this quite a bit in our last Developer Stream in February, but the ways we’re looking to address this are hiring more people on our side, and also exploring options to open it up so that third party developers can test it themselves on our behalf.
