Marketplace took my money and did not download Vegas

I had to go through XBox support to solve my issue. What they did was have me go to https://flightsimulator.zendesk.com/ and refund my second charge. That was successful. As for FlyTampa Vegas, they said to give it 24 hours to show under your content manager. If it hasn’t shown by then, then I go back to https://flightsimulator.zendesk.com/ to fix it. Hope this helped others.
