Just checked with DLSS Swapper and it shows 3.7.20.00, which although not the latest, is much newer than what was included prior to this update.

It seems the patch broke something with the vfrmap tool. I know its not part of the sim, just letting people know. It still works as a moving map showing your stats, but he ability to teleport doesn’t seem to work anymore.

Download and update succeeded. Game started without any problem. I don’t have time to play now, but so far so good.
We need really big changes. Elevation maps, for example. When the runway was a wave or a sharp break… We need fresh navigation data so that the airport is not in the middle of houses. We need to get the trees off the runway… Oh, and there’s a lot of work to do…
There is still a lot that has not been translated into other languages

Try this:
- Make sure MSFS 2024 is not running
- Open the Xbox app and select MSFS 2024 from your library:
- Click Update - the green box should change to show the progress of the installation.
- Once updated, the green box should change to “Play”
- Click to start MSFS 2024.
Worked for me - hopefully you too!

OK so I’m mildly annoyed that some of the 2020 marketplace airports I had access to for the first 7-10 days (AND WORKED) are still “not available” – was under the impression that we’d be gaining the option to at least try that stuff with this patch.

This is also VERY bad.
I have installed the update on Xbox Series x, and I am disappointed. I cant see that nothing has changed about the low draw distance and blurry ground textures. I hope they can fix this soon.

Did anyone else lose all of their marketplace aircraft? I didn’t have any of my older purchases. No FSR, JustFlight, PMDG, etc

i can see some things working that weren’t earlier today. Good.
The first big patch will always be a big pile of stuff and will miss things.
I’m pleased at the direction of travel at least.

The 737 max is still too bright, and the transponder is still not working.

They didn’t port over any aircraft… every single default aircraft is a new model.
