Microsoft Flight Simulator not running after Install

Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it?

I am not using Dev Mode.

Brief description of the issue:

Hi all, Please help me with my Installation issue. I am trying to run MSFS and I get a prompt that 3 Updates are needed and they all appear with tick marks along side and that the Sim will start after completion but nothing happens after that. Please see attached Screenshot.

Provide Screenshot(s)/video(s) of the issue encountered:

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

I have tried the following:

Made sure Date, Time, Time Zone and Region Is Correct On my PC
Made sure I’m logged in with same account on Microsoft Store and Xbox App
Logged out from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app and logged in again
Run wsreset command
Reset my Xbox app and MS Store
Updated Xbox App from Microsoft Store
Made sure Xbox Identity Provider and Gaming services is installed then
Uninstalled Gaming Service and any remains of gaming service
tried the following solution using Powershell Command as Administrator,
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
Gaming services: start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

8)made sure that these services are running
IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming services.
Windows Updated and no pending Update installs.
Microsoft install service
9) Tried Running Windows Store Troubleshooter
10) Ran DISM Command
sfc /scannow
11) I have uninstalled and re-Installed FRlight Simulator but the Issue still persists. I have installed another game from GamePass and it is working normally so the problem seems to be isolated to Flight Simulator.
None of these steps worked, Please help. Thank you.
