Had a flight in the vision jet where i was sitting on the wing the whole time, but as it was a vip mission i just came to the conclusion the passenger had some serious issiues with gas or body odour

It is a real thing. The real Virus has positive flaps at 0°, +9.5° & +20° deg and negative flaps at -5°.

I think the Junkers Ju 52 has a negative flap setting for cruise if I remember correctly. There is something somewhat different about the flaps with it, too.

Looked it up and you’re correct. Just didn’t encounter it while using the plane in MFS2020. It’s all about fuel and cruise efficiency.
