Well, maybe you refer to them as micro-freezes but maybe they are super stutters. Anyway, they are very large slowdowns and I see them particularly at KSEA 16L but not so much at a smaller airport like KSBA. I tried both a recent 580.xx driver as well as a tried and true 576.52 which did seem to help a little. My system is a 9800X3D+RTX5080 which has plenty of horsepower and with the forum idea of using the NvidiaApp to set Vsync true with FrameGen (x2) so that I can sync at 60FPS (this is from a 4K triple monitor). This is a 787 (default) rejected takeoff (no REV, no brakes) at 110 knots on 16L. I got a little relief if I removed all parked aircraft. It is pretty much repeatable when certain KSEA geometry (default) is off the left wingtip.
