Navigraph & MSFS 2024

iniBuilds planes don’t support default EFB or Navigraph. The former will probably be integrated sooner or later but no chance for Navigraph. Asobo won’t allow it. Only their A300-600 supports Navigraph charts.

and the MSFS charts have yet to appear in sim?

They are there if you use default EFB but from what I heard they are only useful for IFR flights.

It looks like my navigraph subscription will be getting renewed then.

Edit: I’ve yet to check, but watching a few Youtube videos, about the integration of Simbrief and Charts into the EFB, which showed Navigraph Hub as part of the setup, there still doesn’t appear to be an option in the FS2024 tab, to install/update the AIRAC data?

What interests me is whether the MSFS navigation data is still active, alongside Navigraph’s Charts and Simbrief, which work on a different AIRAC? If that is the case, depending on how different the two AIRACs might be, I might need to reconsider my subscription after all.

I received an email this AM indicating that Navigraph’s navdata is now fully 2024 compatible.

After weeks of diligent work and testing by our development team, we are thrilled to announce that Jeppesen Navigation Data provided by Navigraph is now available for use with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024! The current cycle, AIRAC 2412, can be downloaded using the Navigraph Hub, and we suggest that you do so at your earliest convenience for the best possible flight experience in MSFS 2024.

Even with the new Navigraph I have some waypoints that are thousand miles apart. Es. All SID waypoints at VHHH. I was sure it was a database issue but apparently it is a SIM issue

Which airplane, and which SID? I’d like to check if there are other waypoints in the world that have the same names as the ones in the SID.

Try PECAN 3X aout of 7R. The issue is that waypoints are created with coordinates N0.0000/E0.00000. If you delete manually and try to re-insert all the “HH” waypoints it says that waypoint not in database. So…not sure where the problem is

I’m not sure that SID/STAR waypoints have ever been accessible as enroute waypoints are.

It doesn’t sound right that the proper labels aren’t being used, but if the SID works, I’d tend to leave it as it is.

I think this does now mess with the career mode, as MSFS, as usual likes to insert airports and waypoints to use in career, which do not exist according to Navigraph. Has someone similar issues?
