So… you have the one existing version for Windows 11. so, question is back in my mind : Is it a win11 thing 
I had for my I219-V a newer version installed, also because of issues with intel and the older versions. But since around a year I have a 10g Asus card and so I no longer use the Intel ( and also driver is not the most newest )
