Have a look at my post from earlier today.
Looks different but there are some similarities. Your mainthread being over 30ms, and that horrible red and yellow graph look awfully familiar, even when you dont move the camera.
I also re-installed MSFS to no avail.
I have not had issues with the Audio though, and haven’t tried with audio off. Which method did you use to turn your audio off, cos I might give that a go on my system.
