I’ve seen the ASRock Challenger at $600 for the 9070 XT and it’s very tempting.

Well folks after all the comments I went for a 9070XT Sapphire Nitro+
Really hoping the visuals are good as I’m used to DLSS at 4K

Good choice!
And yes you should be able to run TAA @4K & settings at High/ Ultra across the board. 
image quality should not be any different to nVidia
