NLR Motion V3 or Motion Plus?

When tuning your platforms, please consider: When the airplane executes the “coordinated turn” the combined gravity+centrifugal force vector is always perpendicular to the airplane floor. You can easily check this when flying a passenger plane (if you AR no real world pilot) - keep a cup of coffee on the tray table and observe that the surface of liquid remains parallel to the floor when the airplane is turning. This applies to all plane types: passenger, aerobatic, warbirds, GA…
You can setup your motion platform/seat differently (then you will fell the gravity pulling you left or right during turns), this will give you some FUN. But if you want REALISTIC experience you must setup it differently, to roll only during uncoordinated flight maneuvers (I mean the ball not centered on your turn coordinator indicator - if the ball is centered = gravity vector perpendicular to the floor).
Please also consider that the pitch motion of the seat is not only for simulating the aircraft pitch - it’s also to simulate rapid acceleration/declaration - this won’t be needed for small GA planes, which don’t accelerate rapidly, but can be essential for REALISTIC simulation of fast warbirds.

There are some interesting threads on the forum regarding motion platforms/seats line this one:
