While sitting here at EGAE, spawned in at 10:22 and no sign of cloud so far at 10:38 I heard a jet come past behind me. An airliner did a high speed taxi (200+ kts) off the runway, speeding across the ramp, through a residential area, and is currently taxing across farmland about a mile away from the airport.
It is now slowly taxiing along the disused runway, at a reasonable speed, and heading back to the ramp, indicating the pilot has regained his composure. Loganair passengers on LOG652 are not happy!
Hi Koenig4416, could you provide the date and time you experience the issue, which regional server you were logged into and what airport? This will help the team resolve the issue users are experience.
I still have issues with live weather - started a flight from LROP - according to METAR the weather is IFR with 4000m visibility and snow. CAVOK for me, no snow, and METAR from yesterday afternoon. After restarting the game clouds showed up, METAR refreshed but still no snow.
Next airport - EPKK. It is cloudy and snow on the ground. In game the clouds showed up, but there’s green grass and no snow, METAR from 7AM and it’s 12PM right now, so it’s not up to date.

1-2mins after take-off the snow showed up over EPKK, METAR is still from 7AM. Server is west Europe. It’s to soon to be sure, but it seems like the clouds disappear after 20-30mins of flight and don’t show up again.
Just for clarity - I did reset the online functionality, restarted the game, restarted my router and did all that I could do on my side
I have got to work now, will try it again later and post screenshots and other info.
Looks like “Services are going back to normal” based off of the Online Services page. So you may still experience issues. However it seems a fix was sent.
If you continue to experience issues, first thing to do is reset your data connection - go to Settings > General > Data and turn off Online Functionality, then save, then back on, then save, then restart the sim. If this does not fix the issue for you, then as others had said, post what you found in this thread. With the guidelines B787Pilot3222 said earlier.
Currently (11:30Z) in LGAV checked the in sim metar. It showed 071550Z. Weather for that time is showing in the sim. But still seems to be a problem with loading current metars.
Server, though I fail to understand the point of posting this, since this is the multiplayer server, and you can have multiplayer turned off while live weather can still be on:
Sure, a couple of flights, same result:
first flight, LEMG at 09:00Z , west europe server. Once on the platform, with live weather on, no clouds (but temperature was ok). After a few minutes clouds appeared (and rain)
second flight, EGKK at 10.00Z, west europe server. Same as before, it took several minutes to load live weather (this time around 10 minutes) although temperature was always ok.

I tried switching servers which made no difference, but as has been discussed elsewhere its a bit of a black box but my suspicion is all that does is switch the MP server(s) you are connected to, and it probably has no bearing on other infrastructure like streaming scenery servers etc.
This is what I see as difference now because all is ok at my side looks like. Local OS settings as Daylight saving time settings → Automatic. Time (is correct where I’m) and Time Zone set → manual . Time Zone set as where I live.
also in Italy no cloud after two flights unobsu Malta and one Vancouver, I also receive the random warning online status always offline and can not change server
in fact I can’t change and it’s all online

In the morning i was able to make a couple of flights in Greece without issues.
Now it seems the METARs are stuck behind and in LGTS right now i get METAR from today’s 0650Z
