No Multiplayer in VR

I now believe it is related to the issue noted in this post:

VR Settings are not persistent (resets to medium)

I found that if I turned up Aircraft Traffic Quantity and Variety under the VR Graphics settings that multiplayer aircraft reappeared. It has been a couple days since I looked at it so I am not sure what the threshold setting is for the multiplayer aircraft to become visible.
