Never did. I gave up. Haven’t really played the game anymore since. After one of the patches that supposedly fixed the issue, things got worse. I tried to replay from the start, and runways were missing and it was just a bad experience all together so much so that I lost interest in Bush Trips altogether.
As title. I crashed in Patagonia and when I “restart” I’m put on the ground, in a forest. :shrug:
So you go back to the main menu and hit continue thinking that it’ll place you back at the last runway. Nope. Still in the forest where you can’t move.
So you have to go back to the start of the previous leg, that you have already successfully completed, possibly multiple times.
I once messed up on a bush trip while doing one and a half legs. I hit restart to fix the second leg, but it sends me all the way back to the first leg’s start, but with the 2nd leg’s instructions. I had to use the VFR map to find landmarks in order to find the proper airport to get to.
I was able to complete my Bug Trip of Finland.
Attempt #1 - Leg 9 failed to recognise it had been completed, hanging at 88% complete.
Attempt #2 - Re-flew leg 9, but after a 2nd completion, the Xbox Controller froze
Attempt #3 - I was re-spawned on approach but the HOTAS failed to connect and I crashed
Attempt #4 - I was re-spawned on approach but the aircraft was frozen in the air (not active pause)
Attempt #5 - Re-flew the leg a third time in full, landed sweetly and was credited the leg.
So I didn’t give up but it took a few goes.
Next I’m revisiting my Bug Trip of Sweden where leg 2 bizarrely un-registered after I’d completed leg 14. I’m re-flying legs 2-14 in the belief that it will repair the glitch.

I have completed 10 Bush Trips Now my completed flights are not registering. I have flown and completed the first legs on Patagonia, Alaska, Germany and USA but the legs are not showing as flown VERY FRUSTRATING CAN ANYBODY HELP???
After I fly a leg I return to the main menu and make a copy of the folder with the saved files from the leg to my own backup folder. Whenever I have to re-fly a leg I always copy my files from my backup folder to the orginal folder for the leg. I make a separate folder for each leg. So I never have to re-fly more then 1 leg. It always works for me.
Hello, I have the issue of leg 2 of the Austria Tyrol mountains Bush-Trip not finishing. I tried taxiing to the apron, taking off again and landing, deleting the whole activity austria folder and redoing leg 1 and leg 2. Is this taken up to be looked at? Thanks!

hi have the problem also on leg 2 of the Austrian Bush Trip. First leg completed without problems. I’ve started with WU6, no other addons installed beside the world updates.
Just doing my bi yearly check in to see if I’ll ever get to finish or reset the yosemite?
When landing at LANO in the Balkan trip, my trip won’t complete. Deleted all the save files, and started again from the beginning. Stuck at LANO again.

This just happened to me. I’ve also notice LANO is not in the G1000 as correct destination. Its comes up in some other country.
Just landed at LANO as well and no credit for leg… just sat on tarmac.
You guys manage to find a solution?
Take off and land again?
This is frustrating

To be clear this is leg 9 of the Balkan bush trip that currently is not able to be completed.
I’ve also suffered with my waypoint (purple header arrow) pointing at a previous destination since leg 1 so had to use headings and fly pretty much manually. I don’t mind flying manually as it’s fun and the way it was no doubt intended, but the wonky guide and now this bug is annoying
Same thing here on Xbox. Leg 9 doesn’t not complete after landing at LANO.

very interesting. I’ve finished the Balkan trip just 1-2 months ago (so after SU7) without any problems. Are you sure you have landed correctly. I read here that someone says he/she sits in LANO on the tarmac and nothing happens, but LANO is just a dirt strip, so it is very easy to miss. I remember that landing was quite tricky there.
Google maps can’t even find this airport by name. Same for bing.

Yes Im sure I landed at LANO. My logbook confirms it.
This airport is closed (https://airportsforyou.com/airport/al-0003). Maybe SU8 broke the bush trip by actualizing the data and therefore somehow removing this airport? There was once a bug about balkan trip not playable because of a missing airport, maybe it was LANO? Maybe they reintroduced the bug…

I also am stuck at LANO. I wanted to get the achievement for completing all the vanilla activities/bush trips, this is the only one left and it just doesn’t work.
I’ve seen youtube videos of leg completion before so definitely in the correct place, something inside the SU8 data that has bugged this airport out as per the other comments about no entry inside the G1000.
The previous bug I saw related to leg 12 i believe, so this appears to be something new I could not find with google.

I am in the same situation. I have repeated the leg 9 about 5 times. Apparently, the LANO airport is closed, therefore the Bush Trip does not recognize the landing at the destination airport, for the leg check, it is as if we had landed anywhere else.
I had this today in Finland bush trip. Last leg gave leg completed but it is only 88%.
