The Aircraft include over 10,000 Lines of custom code covering ALL Circuit breakers, Electrical and Hydraulic systems, Avionics and Lighting.
The Avionics consist of a Custom-built Collins FC65 Flight director and Autopilot system, A fully customised Garmin AS400 GPS System, A complete Set of NavComm radios with user programmable 5 channel memory features and 2 different, working weather Radar systems from both Collins and Bendix.
Electrical system includes many accurate Circuits and systems, all connected via the relevant Circuit breakers (Numbering in the hundreds!) Triple Batteries and dual generators.
The Aircraft also has full lighting equipment, including over 130 Individual Light Bulbs on individually controlled circuits and with adjustable rheostat control on most.
Externally there are a full complement of Animated Rotating Beacons, Navigation lights, Landing lights, Taxi lights, Strobe lights (Where fitted) and an Ice Inspection light.
Fully working windshield wipers, that actually wipe the rain from the screen!
The Exterior models are individually and faithfully built from Actual Shorts Blueprints and all with a full complement of working doors and exits including the Sherpa and C23 Tail ramps.
Normal doors, Inwards opening Para-troop doors, Cargo doors, Baggage and Emergency doors, also internal cockpit doors.
Nearly every variant is different. Internally there are fully modelled seats or cargo floors, Para troop benches and more.
There are working passenger signs, folding stairs and even a small convenience.
The Panels contain Early Instruments in the Sd330, Sherpa, UTT and C23A with mechanical dolls eye indicators and a working Bendix monochrome WX radar.
The SD3-60 and C23B Models have the more modern Panel with LED indicators and the Collins colour WX Radar
All Aircraft are fitted with an Optional (User selectable) Garmin AS400 GPS System driving the Collins_FCS65 Flight Director / Autopilot system. So you can enjoy fully manual flight through to full GPS flightplan with LNAV control.
