Official disclaimer needed regarding CTD's possibly being server-related

Assuming there is one and only one root cause of CTDs… I think the forum moderators have done an excellent job of posting server issues when they occur in the forum banner. In addition, “Online Services” has been added to the drop-down menu or available at MSFS Online Services Status and Information.
