I just import my simbrief flight plan into P2A, validate / file and go.

YOU tell ATC what to do and nothing is adapted to the weather, traffic or situation.
Ah okay, I see what you’re saying.
I use REX Weatherforce which outputs the METAR to a file and P2ATC uses this to read back ATIS, determine runway, etc…
The problem is sometimes (as we know) the sim doesn’t use the Runway that it should, and P2A based on WeatherForce does so you land into outbound flights.
There is an option to force it to use the same runway the sim is actively using to avoid that issue, but then you end up with a tailwind.
Luckily it doesn’t happen that often.
It also interacts with the traffic (not AIG injected though). Will tell you to hold with aircraft on final, caution wake turbulance all that good stuff.
