PC12 Pressurization/Oxygen System Broken

i’m confused. changelog v1.0.8 clearly states:

• Oxygen system is at zero at all times. (likely causing issues in career).
• Hypoxia in career mode due to oxygen / Pressurization / ECS not modeled correctly.

so, is it actually a list of currently outstanding bugs, since those issues have not in fact been fixed? it’s certainly worded that way.
