Just flew over downtown Phoenix and while ground textures might be better, the buildings and objects are still generic. The downtown baseball park is still a warehouse.

I am sorry but if you mean chase field for example, for me itās not generic, itās clearly photogrammetry.
Give it a try without addons.

No Iām in Sim Update 16 beta for MSFS 2020.
I just wanted to confirm that Phoenix is back in MSFS 2020, not 2024. I havenāt tried yet.

Arenāt they using the same data now? FS2020 SU16 Beta, and FS2024 SU3 Beta, I mean. If it works in SU16, I would think it works in SU3 as well. Will check later.
Yes, it is incredible that one of the largest cities in the United States and a major hub for one of the largest Airlines is still not getting the attention it should. Not even from third parties.

Also, once 1.39.6.0 is installed, check your content manager for any pending update. I had a small pending one for CU10 or 11, I donāt remember for which one it was.
