Hello, the Volunteer Moderators are sim pilots just like the rest of us. They do not have any more information to share than you or I do as users of MSFS. They volunteer an enormous amount of their time in an effort to serve this community. Please consider that they are not the source of resolution for problems that only Microsoft can address, and while Microsoft may or may not address issues raised here, the Volunteer Moderator Team does not control that outcome in any way.
