Man, I was pretty proud of myself for building something as simple as a Knobster. I don’t envy the wiring and troubleshooting job you have ahead of you with this!
Some years back now when i started with my homebuild F16 block 52.
Showing the Aces ejectionseat.
Completly build from plywood and aluminium.
Next post will be the cockpit.
Hope guys like

Ok guys that are my pics.
I have build 7 complete F16 cockpits in those years.
Only after some big dissapointments from some fellow builders i quit with the F16 project.
Now i made me a Glider with complete functionality.
I often get the question why i not fly the real thing.
Well the answer is simple , after a parachute crash and recent motor accident iám not able to fly in real life.
My back was broken on 4 places.one leg is rebuild of fancy titanium parts and my right arm also contains a lot of impressive titanium parts.
Still enjoy my Sims and with the new MSFS 2020 come’s back a lot of fun and pleasure
Greetings to you all and happy flying
Andre
I had seen your glider photos somewhere before (another post perhaps), but again, worth a complement.
Outstanding work.
Jim-Sim
My setup. -full custom (made by me)
X4 SCN6 actuators
X4 buttkicker vibration units
All pretty much high end
Used for flight sims & racing sims
Sim racing pedals work a treat for rudder
I use VR only
Sometimes I forget that I’m looking at a sim. When I saw your setup, I thought 'why the hell am I seeing desk drawers in a cockpit??"
What a Fantastic Set Up. Lucky Lady !
Thx! My teenaged daughter, simming since she was a toddler lol!
For Goodness Sake Guys don’t let your Toddlers near your ‘Stuff’ and especially with a Screwdriver !
My Eldest then aged 3 found a Screwdriver in my Workshop and exclaimed,…
Oh Goody a Screwdriver !,… Now i can Unscrew Things. !
Wow. That is really really nice!
I yoke sono forse sincronizzati?
Are the yokes somehow synced?
‘She’ just reminded me of the full ‘Shocking’ Statement and still has the Mini Screwdriver which was later ‘borrowed’ from my Work Shop.
"Oh look a Screw Driver and it’s just my Size,… Now i can Un Screw things ".
This last Post for BannanaSiblings.
Certo! E adesso devo realizzare la pedaliera, che non sarà quella che vedi nelle foto. Sarà sincronizzata anche quella.
New here, but finally got a seat for my basic setup, and put it all together today (I have a 12x28’ shed that I need to move over by my driveway and run dedicated power to, so it’s all unfinished inside for now. I can’t put it in the house, since my spare room has my race rig in it and no room left).
GT Omega Art cockpit with the tabletop addon, single monitor support, and HOTAS setup.
Saitek Flight Yoke and button panel, and Logitech pedals, with a 43" 4K el cheapo TV on the stand (if I’m only puttering around in Cessnas with a mid-level laptop, I’m fine with a 60 Hz refresh rate). Bonus of the GT Omega HOTAS setup - it includes mounting bars specifically designed for the Logitech Pedals to mount to the pedal plate. Was a nice bonus that they didn’t even mention on the site!
Seat was pulled this morning from a 2006 Grand Prix, though I had to remove the non-functioning power seat undercarriage to mount it (And remove all the shattered glass pieces that covered it)
Future plans are a Volair Sim panel, with an iPad for the panel gauges (not sure I can stomach 1k dollars on the Logi suite). I ordered a new Ipad Air but it hasn’t arrived yet, go figure. Might add a budget flight stick setup too for fun, but otherwise I’m pretty much set with it, I just set my laptop next to me, plug things in, and fly. I envy so many setups on here, but I decided that I’ll be putting the money towards the journey of going for my Private Pilot instead, and then after that trek maybe I’ll add on again.
Come avete fatto funzionare la sincronizzazione?
ho usato carrucole e filo. Appena rientro a casa faccio le foto e le pubblico, così vedrai meglio.
