There are no standards, so long as you stick to the theme, ‘sunset’. I tend to prefer looking into the sunset, but also including a shot that highlights the same aircraft in the same sunset. I personally prefer only one aircraft in a single sunset. I also like a shot from the cockpit (I suppose a shot from a pax window is worthy as well). Cheers!

The top one is a grabber, which works if you don’t have a cool location to showcase. I try to stick with shots like that.
